Return Request

Please note you need to follow few instruction to eligible for Return / Replacement. 

1. You need to fill-up below form with right details, if there are any wrong information or wrong video then your return request will be automatically cancel, So we request you to fill up the form properly with image & video upload.
2. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
3. We only accept return for damage/colour mismatch/size miss match/defects/wrong item delivery only.
4. For any kind of exchange you need to pay the applicable return shipping charges or you need to send parcel to us. 
5. For missing items you need to submit open packet video, without this your claim will be automatically rejected. 
6. For COD order, we offer only Replacement or Refund to our store wallet ( using gift voucher).
7. For Pre-Paid order, we do Replacement or Refund to same bank account after deducting the applicable return shipping cost.
